Job Descriptions:
Classroom Teacher (FULL TIME) $15/hr
Classroom Teacher (PART TIME) $13/hr
*I voluntarily give the Company the right to make a thorough investigation of my previous employment, character, general reputation, general characteristics, educational background, and mode of living and I authorize appropriate credit bureaus to furnish such reports where such investigation is appropriate for the employment for which I am being considered. The Company will furnish further information about the nature and scope of such an inquiry upon my written request. I further understand that if I misrepresent or omit facts in any connection with my application for employment, my application will be subject to rejection, and if I am hired, I will be subject to immediate discharge from employment. If I am employed by Cedar Valley Kids, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the Company. I agree to wear or use protective clothing or devices as required by the Company.
I understand and consent that, upon offer of conditional employment, the Company may require me, where permitted by law, to undergo a physical examination and/or test(s) for substance abuse. I acknowledge and agree that Cedar Valley Kids reserves the right to use the results of such an examination and or substance abuse test(s) as a basis for denying me employment or continued employment as permitted by law.
I understand and acknowledge that my employment and compensation can be terminated at any time at the option of either the Company or myself, and with or without cause or notice. I further understand and acknowledge that the Company’s and my right to terminate the employment relationship shall not be restricted or modified in any way by virtue of anything occurring during my employment with the Company. For example, but without limitation, I understand that the Company’s and my right to terminate the employment relationship will not change by virtue of any request by the Company, nor any commitment on my part to comply with the Company’s rules, practices or procedures, including, but not limited to, the Company’s Code of conduct and proprietary agreements; nor any employment benefit provided by the Company or description thereof; nor any communications between the Company and its employees.
